1. Operator
This website and the vehicle repair and maintenance services booked through it are operated by pulsvaults.com (PE), EDRPOU code 84361777. Registration details are published under the Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations".
2. Services, bookings and prices
Appointments are made via the online form or by phone and are confirmed by email or phone; cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Prices are in UAH and are payable after the service; we obtain your consent before additional work. Information is provided under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce"; consumer information is also available in Ukrainian under the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language".
3. Obligations and liability
Do not misuse the website or submit false bookings. We are liable for the quality of the work, not for indirect losses, delays beyond our control or parts you supply. Advertising here is truthful and not misleading, per the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising".
4. Personal data and cookies
We process your data to handle bookings under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and our Privacy Policy. Cookies that collect personal data require your consent.
5. Complaints and governing law
Claims: contact@pulsvaults.com or +380 978 473 1633; we reply within 30 days. Consumer disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to the courts of Ukraine. Ukrainian law governs these Terms.
