Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

We warrant repair work against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion, unless a longer period is required by law. This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

2. Exclusions

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modification.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Defects arising from pre-existing conditions not related to the repair.
• Consumable parts.

3. Claim Process

To make a claim, contact us at contact@pulsvaults.com or +380 978 473 1633 with your order number, description, and photos if possible. We will respond within 5 business days.

4. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection". For disputes, you may contact us directly or use alternative dispute resolution. Information about the seller and dispute resolution options is provided per the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce".

5. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". By submitting a claim, you consent to processing for warranty purposes.

6. Advertising and Language

Advertising is truthful and not misleading per the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising". Consumer information is available in Ukrainian upon request per the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language".
