We started with one lift and a stubborn belief: diagnosis should come before the invoice
AutoLogic opened in 2016 as a two-bay workshop on Sahaidachnoho Street in Kyiv. The first years taught us the same lesson on every car: most expensive repair bills begin with a guess. Fault codes were read, parts were swapped, and the actual failure often stayed in place.
So we rebuilt the process around evidence. Today a technician feeds live sensor data, service history and the driver's own description into our LLM-assisted diagnostics platform. It returns a ranked list of likely causes with confidence levels, and the technician verifies each one on the bench before a single part gets ordered. Customers receive a written estimate with parts and labour itemised, and work only starts after they approve it.
That method grew past one garage. AutoLogic now operates as a network of certified independent workshops in Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kharkiv and Dnipro, sharing the same diagnostic standards, the same transparent pricing rules and the same warranty terms. Every partner shop is audited on tooling, technician certification and repair documentation twice a year.
The mission has not moved since 2016. Fewer unnecessary repairs, honest numbers, and a customer who understands exactly what happened under the bonnet. Repairs that qualify carry a 12-month or 20,000 km warranty, whichever comes first.
